As Sacred Games 2 is approaching its release date, Saif Ali Khan has added to the curiosity surrounding the series by making some revelations about the same during his recent interview with a leading entertainment portal. He stated that the second season will walk the audience through Sartaj Singh’s relationship with his father and ex wife. Revealing about his character development in the second season of Sacred Games, Saif Ali Khan said, “I was wondering in the first season why the show is called Sacred Games. I didn’t understand the connection but now I get it. So in the second season, all questions which are raised in the first season are answered. There is a character development. It goes back into his past – his relationship with his father and ex-wife. All the points which were touched upon in the first season, you get to go in-depth exploration.”
Besides Saif Ali Khan, Sacred Games 2 which is scheduled to air on August 15, 2019, will also star Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pankaj Tripathi, Kalki Koechlin, Surveen Chawla, Jatin Sarna, Ranvir Shorey and Luke Kenny.
